Joomla has built in SEO tools, you really don't need anything else.

I suppose you could start here: https://extensions.joomla.org/category/ ... -metadata/ and find an extension but I don't think it's necessary.

You should be able to make your site Search engine compliant by ensuring you have SEF turned on, and that your article titles, content and URL aliases are all relevant to the subject of the articles. Search engines use all of those things to index your site, it's no longer meta tags "description" and "keywords" alone.
