General Questions/New to Joomla! 5.x • Uninstall both successful and error (??)

I am working on a custom template and while testing, I perform some successive install & uninstall. Installing always works fine, the uninstall itself appears to uninstall correctly all things there, but I got a contradictory successful and error message – see attached snapshot.

How comes that
